A town in New Jersey is proposing an ordinance that will only allow roosters to mate up to 10 days a year and no more than 5 consecutive nights. The towns folk say the roosters are too loud and it has become a public nuisance. The city will cast it's final vote for or against this ordinance on March 28.
This is the worst form of Cock Blocking!!!
